Crazy 3 Ball
Skills you are Learning:
running, kicking, throwing

Physical Fitness Benefits:
This game is lots of fun and the running is a great cardiovascular activity.

Cues to make you better:
Work together with your teammates.

Activity Description:

This game is similar to kickball but with a twist. Divide your group into two teams. One team is “up” and the other is in the outfield. Simultaneously (at the same time) three people either throw or kick (their choice) the ball into the outfield. If a ball is caught that runner is out. Otherwise runners keep running the bases until they reach home or until the other team can place all of the balls (even the caught ones) into a bucket at home plate. At this point play stops. Players caught between bases return to the last base touched. Play until 3 outs then switch. You decide how many innings to play.

What you will need:

-two teams
-3 bases and home plate
-3 kickballs
